{"id":2,"date":"2014-04-14T00:38:04","date_gmt":"2014-04-14T00:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sage.drmts.com\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2014-04-13T22:32:21","modified_gmt":"2014-04-14T03:32:21","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sage.drmts.com\/?page_id=2","title":{"rendered":"About DRMTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Dr. Merryellen Towey Schulz (DRMTS) is a professor who has had a long career as a student, a teacher, and a professor.\u00a0 A parent and a grandmother, she is extremely proud of her four adult children, and is devoted\u00a0to her eight grandchildren. \u00a0DRMTS\u00a0is a teacher educator with specializations in educational technology, educational research, teaching science, teaching math, multicultural education, language arts and children\u2019s literature and art; and is passionate for all learning. \u00a0Experiences teaching students at every level from first grade through doctoral studies have\u00a0taught her much and enriched her life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>DRMTS\u00a0loves butterflies for their beauty, variety, and Christian meaning, and enjoys reading, gardening, \u00a0swimming, quilting, travel, drawing, painting, and sculpture.\u00a0 Huge concerns about the future of schools and children worry her.
